Many have asked about the origin of the unique name for our complex. The name "Liquid Sugar" comes from the site's historic past as a storage and processing plant for sugar, corn syrup, and molasses.

The complex borders a section of the Emeryville Greenway, which is the conversion of an existing railway line and right-of-way into an area for public use and recreation. The developer was responsible for constructing this section of the Greenway.

The purpose of this web site is to help share information about the Homeowners Association in a timely and efficient manner for the benefit of the Membership in partnership with the Board of Directors and the Management Team.
